FanFuzer for ChatGPT
Check your ticket sales, see your audience and draft new events by chatting with ChatGPT.
What it is
The FanFuzer plugin links ChatGPT to your FanFuzer artist or venue account. Ask how your events are selling, what you've earned, or how your following is growing, and ChatGPT answers from your live FanFuzer data. You can also ask it to set up a new paid event as a draft, ready for you to check and publish in the app.
ChatGPT works as you. It sees only what your own account can see, and it asks for your confirmation before it creates or changes anything.
Who it's for
Artist and venue accounts. You can connect a fan account, but it has no events for ChatGPT to work with. Adding plugins depends on your ChatGPT plan and, for work accounts, your workspace settings.
Set it up
- Open chatgpt.com/plugins.
- Search for FanFuzer in the plugin directory. If it isn't listed for you yet, select the + button, choose Add custom MCP server, enter this URL and choose OAuth sign-in:https://mcp.fanfuzer.com/mcp
- Select Connect. A FanFuzer page opens.
- Sign in with your artist or venue account, check what ChatGPT will be able to do, and select Allow.
- Start a new chat, type @, choose FanFuzer and ask about your events.
What ChatGPT can do
List my events
Read onlyYour events with status, date, price and tickets sold. Can be filtered by status (draft, published and so on).
Get event details
Read onlyOne event in full: ticket types, prices, capacity, tickets sold, and how many fans are going or interested.
Get sales analytics
Read onlyTickets sold and revenue for one event or across all your events. Venue accounts also see check-in counts.
Get audience summary
Read onlyYour follower count and, for artists, active subscribers per tier. Totals only, never individual fans.
Create paid event (draft)
Creates a draftA new paid event saved as a draft, with optional ticket types such as Early Bird and General. Fans can't see it until you publish it in the app.
Update draft event
Edits a draftChanges the name, description, date, time, location, genre, price or capacity of a draft, or adds ticket types.
New events are always saved as drafts. When one looks right, open it in the FanFuzer app and publish it.
What ChatGPT can't do
- Publish, cancel or delete events. You do that in the FanFuzer app.
- Create free events. These use your free-event allowance or the Community Plan, so they're set up in the app.
- Change an event once it's published.
- See fans' names, emails or any other personal details.
- Touch payouts, refunds or your Stripe account.
- Act for any account other than the one you signed in with.
Things to try
- "How are ticket sales going for my upcoming events?"
- "Which of my events has made the most revenue so far?"
- "Create a draft event called Winter Sessions on 12 December at 20:00 with Early Bird tickets at €12 (50) and General at €18 (150)."
- "Add a description to the Winter Sessions draft: an intimate acoustic night with special guests."
- "How many followers and subscribers do I have?"
Dates and times are in Irish time unless you say otherwise.
Your data and privacy
- You sign in on FanFuzer's own page. ChatGPT never sees your password.
- ChatGPT gets access only to your own events, sales figures and audience totals. FanFuzer's database rules apply to every request, exactly as they do in the app.
- Fans' personal details are never shared with ChatGPT. Audience figures are totals only.
- What ChatGPT reads from FanFuzer goes into your conversation, which OpenAI handles under its own privacy policy.
Read more in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
Disconnect
In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Plugins, select FanFuzer and remove or disconnect it. ChatGPT loses access straight away. To have every connection to your account removed on our side as well, email hello@fanfuzer.com.
Troubleshooting
- ChatGPT says it's a fan account: you connected with a fan account. Sign out of app.fanfuzer.com, then disconnect and reconnect FanFuzer in ChatGPT using your artist or venue account.
- Connection failed: disconnect FanFuzer in ChatGPT and connect again. If it keeps happening, email us what ChatGPT shows.
- ChatGPT won't create my free event: that's expected. Free events are set up in the FanFuzer app.
